"Due to overwhelming demand" (boy, I'm getting sick of that line), Live Nation just announced a second Van Halen concert date at the American Airlines Center: March 3, which is a Monday (blah). Only a few single tickets for the original Jan. 26 concert at the AAC remain for sale. Tickets for the March 3 show go on sale Saturday, Dec. 15 at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster, and prices should be the same: $49.50 to $149.50, and into four figures for VIP and Platinum-level packages. Also just announced by Live Nation: Latin pop superstar Juanes is planning to play more than one date in Dallas on his upcoming 2008 World Tour in support of his latest CD, La Vida ... Es un Ratico. No date, time or place was revealed. An aside for Eddie Van Halen guitar fiends: Juanes can wail with the best of 'em when he wants to. E-mail entry: |
