Country star Toby Keith sings "Never, Never Gonna Give You Up" on jazz bassist Wayman Tisdale's upcoming album, Rebound, which comes out June 3. Strange pairing, yes. But if you're from Oklahoma, you know that both of them love Oklahoma and are big University of Oklahoma fans (and you probably remember watching Mr. Tisdale play basketball there). The ninth annual show, which recognizes the best in Latin music, will air live on the Univision network from the Toyota Center on Nov. 13.
