So I saw a bit of news from the weekend where Alicia Keys thinks gangsta rap was a ploy to encourage black people to kill each other. To which I thought, HUH?! Last I checked, the ploys devised to kill people are generally hatched by those aiming weapons at each other — kinda like the AK-47 pendant Alicia wears around her neck. HUH again?! Even her mom is flummoxed, telling Blender "She wears what? That doesn't sound like Alicia." Alicia, where'd you go, girl?
