The weather dismissed alot of people last night so that worked in favor of us hard core Lynne fans. There was maybe 100 people there last night. Her set was intimate and warm and sweet and charming. It was such a joy to watch a show that was evenly paced - not frenetic or loud. She ran through four or five from her sublime new CD as well as some favorites from past CDs. She so obviously loves what she is doing now and she couldn't ask for a better crackerjack band. There was none of that standard Granada people chatter since there were so few of us and that was a real treat as well. Well done, Shelby, well done.
