Alabama's Randy Owen signs solo record deal

NO_18alabama_19ove_51731.JPGFormer Alabama lead singer Randy Owen has signed a solo recording contract with Nashville's independent label Broken Bow Records. Mr. Owen's debut for the label, also home to million-selling country-rocker Jason Aldean, will be titled One On One and should be in stores November 11. One On One is produced by John Rich (of Big & Rich fame) and includes seven tracks written or co-written by Mr. Owen. The first single from the project ships to radio June 11.
