I met them when I was 15 in the Motel 6 coffee shop at LBJ and Forest when they were first touring with "Roxanne". My best friend waited on them and got their autographs. Later we were let in the back door of the Agora Ballroom to see the show! Was very memorable!!

Gag me with a spoon. The Police suck wind and always sucked wind, especially the oh-so-pretentious Sting. Their sound is so not avant garde.

I first heard The Police in my uncle's room when I was listening to his records without permission-I got caught but was hooked by age 8. I will never forget when I was in the 7th grade at a Richardson West JR High pep rally and it was the first time I heard "King of Pain"-I will never forget how it sounded in the gym-my heart was pumping to the beat and that was the day that I became a forever fan. I have never taken a trip without The Police Greatest Hits in my CD case! I got to meet Sting in 2004 in Dallas and 2005 in Wales and I must say both times he was amazing to me.

"Gag me with a spoon". You have GOT to be kidding. I'm sure you are waiting on the edge of your seat for the New Kids On The Block reunion....you go. Anyway, back to the important matter here, The Police. I've been listening, like it or not, since I was 6. I have 3 older brothers. I think they are all amazing artists and create amazing music that has lated for decades. My favorite song is Canary In a Coal Mine, reminds me of myself! LOL Anyway, I'm going to see them tonight and can't wait!!!
