Black Crowes accuse Gretchen Wilson of plagiarism -- really?

The Black Crowes are accusing country singer Gretchen Wilson of copyright infringement, claiming she lifted parts of their '91 hit "Jealous Again" for her new song "Work Hard Play Harder." Sure, there are definite similarities. But considering how heavily the Crowes have borrowed from the Stones and the Allmans' catalogs, maybe they shouldn't be pointing fingers.

There is a difference between borrowing styles and outright stealing. That song is a complete ripoff of Jealous Again.
