Which makes me wonder: What's the stupidest thing you've witnessed someone in the crowd do during a concert? (Photo: Jason Janik / Special to DMN) |

Pat Green is one of the nicest guys in music, but he should sue the pants of the loser who ruined the entire show. No respect, and a criminal act.

I saw someone throw a chair at Motorhead frontman Lemmy about 20 years ago. It missed his head by only inches. He promptly told the audience to do something about that !@#$%^&, they promptly did.

At the NIN show at Fair Park, the fans started pulling up the sheetrock covering the ice on the hockey rink. They started throwing it around. Big chuncks. The opening band was so bad the crowd started pelting them with pieces. People busting a$$ on the exposed ice. Trent Resnor came out and told everyone that if they didn't stop, Jim Rose wasn't coming out and neither would he. They stopped. It was very entertaining watching people bail trying to get down on the floor and Security chasing the quick ones.

At a Mardi Gras concert at Fair Park I saw a girl get pelted upside the head with a plastic beer bottle. The funny part is she was on someone's shoulders and she flew off like a bat out of hell and procceded to beat the girl that threw it's rear end.

I saw police threaten to not let anyone in The Who concert because they were being too unruly. The crowd retaliated by surging toward the only open door. The police then closed the door and told everyone to calm down. The crowd surged again and 11 people died. This was in Cincinnati on December 3, 1979.

It only knocked him out? Perhaps my aim is a little off.

At a Who/Eddie Money concert, some idiot pulled a water hose from under the seats (silverdome) and sprayed the crowd. 1 guy threw a beer at him, 10 guys tried to pull him on mainfloor. Whole section rushed hoseguy and his friends, 2 min's later no hoseguy. LOL

I was at a Pat Green concert once and a drunk fan was talking on her cell phone and holding a lit cigarett in the same hand. Well, it didn't take long for her hair to start smoldering, and she had a nice hole in her hair from the cigarett.
