Our weather blog reports that this concert is moving from the steps of Dallas City Hall to the Palladium Ballroom, in preparation for North Texas weather issues from Hurricane Ike. From staff writer Bryan Shettig: The Hip Hop for HIV concert in Dallas has been rescheduled and moved to 4 p.m. Sunday at the Palladium Ballroom on 1135 South Lamar Street. It was initially scheduled to be held earlier in the day on the steps of Dallas City Hall. A city official says people can still be tested for HIV in conjunction with the event from noon to 5:30 p.m., Saturday at the Beckley-Saner Recreation Center at 114 West Hobson Avenue. |
