Maroon 5 knows how to please their fans - play the hits and get the crowd into it. Counting Crows - a little tip: we paid to hear the stuff we know too. Remember your big songs? How about playing them next time, without the new interpretation. See everyone sitting down or walking out? Tune in to your audience. How was Maroon 5 not the headliner here?

I was just curious if Counting Crows left the stage after just 45 minutes like the time I saw them co-headline with "Live" at the same location.
I did however see them at the old Bronco Bowl in Ft. Worth, around 2002,were they rocked the place. They seemed to have given up on pleasing their old fans.

i saw them at bronco bowl too, and this show was nothing like it. i had fun, but the set was too short considering they didn't go on until 9:45. I don't have a problem with reinterpreting songs, but if you're going to do that, you need to be lighter on the newer, less familiar material or play more of your hits without the reinterpretation. As always, CC sounded great, I just felt like i was listening to another band's songs...
