I love a glass ceiling crasher. Props to Darius Rucker for becoming the first commercially successful black country singer with his debut single, "Don't Think I Don't Think About It," since Charley Pride emerged in 1966. Read about it here. Rucker, best known as the lead singer for big '90s band Hootie & the Blowfish, will be at Billy Bob's on Saturday night if you want to check him out. |
