Eh,I've listened to most of it a couple times. First time didn't do anything for me at all. Second time through, I think I can possibly like it. Nothing at all like old GnR though.
I've heard it all and it's very good. Better than any of the garbage being played on the radio today. People need to move past their "it's not GNR" hang-ups and realize that it's not 1992 anymore.
Guns moved away from the raw hard rock sound of "Appetite" when they released UYI 1&2. Anyone pining for another "Appetite" will probably not like this album. If you liked UYI, this will be right up your alley and probably will love it.
From what I've heard on XM I wouldn't buy this album. The songs were VERY dated. Chinese Democracy is like the newer Star Wars movies. A good idea at one time that took so long to develop that it became irrelevant once finally released.

I heard 90% of it, its not good music, and it's an insult to call this "band" (more an ego-trip) Guns n' Roses

Just like Guns n' Roses, it sucks. What a colossal waste of time.
